Our Class schedule

The Malta Self-Defence offers a range of lessons which cater for everyone. Our classes are designed to attract a range of students , all with the main aim to learn how to defend oneself.

We are proud to a wide range of applicants in our classes, from the total beginner to the more experienced students who have previous experience in Martial Arts.

We are also proud to attract a whole range of age groups, from young children to adults in their 50's and 60's

We offer the following classes :-
​
Kung fu classes - 2 weekly classes in Dragon Kung fu . This traditional Chinese Martial arts offers a holistic approach to the world of Martial Arts.
Self-Defence - a weekly class which offers a more basic approach to realistic situations. Here you wil learn most basic moves to defend yourself
Group Classes - Our instructors offer specialised courses or one-off classes to specialised groups. These can be accomodated at our premises or somewhere else.
One-to-One classes - For those who prefer a more personalised tution , we do cater for 1-to-1 sessions. Contact us for more info.
